"Event Organiser" refers to the individual or organisation organising events through the Website.
'Full On Sport', refers to Full On Sport Ltd, a company registered in England under number 6833032 whose registered office address is at Suite 23, Yeovil Innovation Centre, Copse Lane, Barracks Close, Yeovil BA22 8RN
"You" refers to an individual registering for an account and/or event through http://www.events.englandathletics.org the "Website" and "Your" shall be interpreted accordingly.
1. Terms of Website Use
1.1 These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may use the Website. Use of the Website includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Website.
1.2 Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Website, as these will apply to your use of the Website. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.
1.3 By using the Website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
1.4 If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use the Website and are advised to leave the Website immediately.
1.5 England Athletics reserves the right to change, update or modify any part of these terms without notice; any modified terms will apply to your subsequent use of the Website; we advise users to regularly check for any updates.
1.6 If any court or regulator decides that any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
1.7 These terms and conditions and the Website are governed by English law. Disputes will be dealt with by reference to the English courts.
2. Other Applicable Terms
These terms of use refer to Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of the Website.
3. Registering for Events
3.1 By registering for an event using the Website you are confirming that you have read and agree to any event requirements and/or terms and conditions in respect of the event and which are contained on the relevant event's pages or referred to therein. If you have any questions regarding these requirements or terms and conditions, please contact England Athletics or the relevant Event Organiser.
3.2 You must be at least 16 years old to register and enter events on the Website. For individuals who are under 16 who would like to enter an event through our Website, such entries must be made by a parent or guardian.
3.3 When entering events on behalf of other people you must obtain their permission to provide England Athletics with their personal data before entering them. You must also ensure that they have been made aware of and read any event information (including these terms and conditions) displayed or referred to on the Website or any relevant website for the event and that they have agreed that you can accept it on their behalf.
3.4 You may not change the identity of the registered user, however, when an event has been entered by you, changes may be made to the registered details through the Website. Where any changes are attempted to be made to the identity of a registered user, any entries to events by such registered user shall be cancelled without refund.
3.5 To register for an event, you must provide a valid email address so that we can send you confirmation of your registration and of any entries you make.
3.6 Once registered with the Website you will have the option to associate your account with any Facebook, Twitter, Strava or Garmin accounts you have. Please note that any personal information on Facebook, Twitter, Strava or Garmin shall be dealt with in accordance with their respective privacy policies and England Athletics has no control over how your information is used, stored and/or deleted by such third parties.
4. Your Account Details
4.1 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
4.2 We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
4.3 If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at eventsupport@englandathletics.org .
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 If you make a payment by credit/debit card through our Website, you will be re-directed to Stripe (our registered payment merchant) for such payment to be processed. England Athletics does not collect or retain any of your financial information.
5.2 England Athletics does not offer refunds, whether due to the cancellation of the event or for any other reason.
6. Uploading Content to the Website
6.1 You are permitted to upload content to the Website providing that you comply with the content standards set out under these terms and conditions.
6.2 You warrant that any such contribution does comply with the standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your failure to adhere to the standards.
6.3 Any content uploaded to the website will be considered non-confidential
and non-proprietary. You retain all ownership rights for the content, but
grant England Athletics and other users of the Website a limited licence to
use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to
third parties only for the purposes of any events organised through the
Website.
6.4 England Athletics will not be responsible, or liable to any third
party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you of the
Website.
6.5 England Athletics has the right to remove any posting made on the Website if, in our opinion, the post does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms and conditions.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Any personal information collected from you or that you provide on the Website shall be collected, stored and deleted in accordance with England Athletics Privacy Policy
7.2 England Athletics reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at England Athletics" sole discretion. In addition, any photos or images that are uploaded on to the Website automatically become the property of England Athletics for it to use as it sees fit, including the promotion of England Athletics and the events that are advertised on the Website.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All intellectual property of England Athletics such as copyright, trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of England Athletics.
8.2 By using the Website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of England Athletics and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purposes any material contained within or derived from the Website, save as otherwise licensed under these conditions.

13.4 You will not copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, transmit in any manner whatsoever, any material on the Website except as is strictly necessary for Your own personal use.
13.5 You will abide by the specific rules of any event or competition that You participate in on or via the Website. Unless we tell you otherwise, all prize draws and competitions offered via the Website are only open to people resident in the United Kingdom.
13.6 You will not do anything that affects the operability or security of the Website or causes unreasonable inconvenience or offence or disruption to our staff or other users of our Website.
