Start time is 11am, registration from 9.45 am.

Numbers collected on the day at a point near the edge of the track, which will be signposted. Ample car parking, free on Sundays, Café available on the Sports Training Village.

Please be aware there will be a steeplechase workshop on the track on the same day. 

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 17th April 2020 - No entries on the day. 

Events are as follows:

• Long jump , high jump, shut, discus , javelin, all U13, U15, U17, U20  and SM/SW
• Triple jump, pole vault and hammer all U15, U17, U20, SM/SW

All events are run in two pools. Pool A is for the more advanced athletes and pool B for the less experienced. Pool A qualification criteria are as follows:

• Long jump, PB of 5m25
• Long throws, PB of 30m+
• High jump starting height of 1m40
• PV starting height of 3m
• Triple jump take off 11m or 13m board
• Shot U17m, U/20 m and w and SM and SW.
