Under 11 Boys/Girls - 9 years old on the day, under 11 years old on 31.08.19
Under 13 Boys/Girls - 11 or 12 years old on 31.08.19
Under 15 Boys/Girls - 13 or 14 years old on 31.08.19
Under 17 Men/Women - 15 or 16 years old on 31.08.19
Under 20 Men/Women - 17 years old on 31.08.19, under 20 years old on 31.12.19
Senior Men/Women - Open to any county eligible athlete under UKA Competition rules
Masters Women - 35 years old or over on the first day of competition
Masters Men - 40 years old or over on the first day of competition
To enter races of: 300m/ 400m/ 2000m and 3000m you must be an u15 athlete or older.
Entries on the day: £3.00 for first event- £2.00 for a second event- 3rd event free Open 3k entries £3; County 3k entries £5

The online entry fee has been standardised at £3.50 for the first event and £2.50 for subsequent events for all ages.
Closing date for online entries: Sunday 18 August - 5 pm
How to Enter
When you enter, you will be required to Register with 'FullOnSport' who manage the entry system on behalf of England Athletics. Each athlete will need to use the exact name under which they have registered with UKA as there is a validation against your UKA Reference Number

When entering, as you do not have a URN Number, you must tick the box saying 'I am registering as a foreign or guest athlete' in order to complete your entry

Competitors must wear vests and shorts (or equivalent) and be designed and worn as not to be objectionable, even when wet.
Numbers must be worn as issued.
Maximum of 6mm spikes on track.
Please note that filming/photography is taking place at this event for promotional and coaching purposes. The photographs and recordings made are likely to appear on our Corby AC website.

7.20 pm 1 MILE
7.50 pm 75m (u11)/ 100m
To help in your warm up, please listen for any announcements concerning the number of races scheduled for each event and which athletes are in each race. (Allow 3-5 minutes per race: adjust for longer MD races) All races: slowest to fastest
