Age Groups

Under 11 Boys/Girls - 9 years old on the day, under 11 years old on 31.08.19

Under 13 Boys/Girls - 11 or 12 years old on 31.08.19

Under 15 Boys/Girls - 13 or 14 years old on 31.08.19

Under 17 Men/Women - 15 or 16 years old on 31.08.19

Under 20 Men/Women - 17 years old on 31.08.19, under 20 years old on 31.12.19

Senior Men/Women - Open to any county eligible athlete under UKA Competition rules

Masters Women - 35 years old or over on the first day of competition

Masters Men - 40 years old or over on the first day of competition

Registration Information

To enter races of: 300m/ 400m/ 2000m and 3000m you must be an u15 athlete or older.

Entries on the day: £3.00 for first event- £2.00 for a second event- 3rd event free Open 3k entries £3; County 3k entries £5

Please arrive early to prevent disappointment ENTRIES CLOSE 30 MINUTES BEFORE EVENT IS DUE TO START

Online entries

The online entry fee has been standardised at £3.50 for the first event and £2.50 for subsequent events for all ages.

Closing date for online entries: Sunday 21 April

How to Enter

When you enter, you will be required to Register with 'FullOnSport' who manage the entry system on behalf of England Athletics. Each athlete will need to use the exact name under which they have registered with UKA as there is a validation against your UKA Reference Number

IMPORTANT NOTE for Under 11 ENTRIES

When entering, as you do not have a URN Number, you must tick the box saying 'I am registering as a foreign or guest athlete' in order to complete your entry

Confirmation of Entry

FullOnSport will send you an e-mail once you have paid for your entry. If you do not get the mail then your entry has not been accepted or you have made a mistake in typing your e-mail address.  Contact us as above.

CLOTHING

Competitors must wear vests and shorts (or equivalent) and be designed and worn as not to be objectionable, even when wet.

Numbers must be worn as issued.

Maximum of 6mm spikes on track.
