This is a one day Open meeting which will also include some Midland Championship medal opportunities.

All track events will be sets of single races at each distance with all races being seeded with the most up to date PBs provided by the athletes. Race distances of 200m and over will be used to determine the Midland Champions for 2019. The three fastest eligible Midland Counties athletes will be awarded Midland Medals.

The number of trials for all Horizontal jumps will be determined by entry numbers.
