Entry made on the day will be taken as a last resort but will be subject to an additional surcharge of £10 per event entered.

Athletes MUST sign-in and collect their number for their events at LEAST 60 minutes before their event is due to start. Athletes must also report to the start area for both track and field events 10 minutes before start time but may continue their warm up during this period. Note that numbers must be kept throughout the series and will incur a £2 charge if lost.
