These Championships are held under UKA Rules and the Rules of the local County Athletics Associations.

AGE GROUPS

Under 11 Boys/Girls               9 years old on the day, under 11 years old on 31.08.19

IMPORTANT NOTE for Under 11 ENTRIES

When entering, if you do not have a URN Number, you must tick the box saying,

'I am registering as a foreign or guest athlete' in order to complete your entry

ENTRY FEES:

Entry fee is £4 (four events, 75m, 600m, long Jump & howler throw)

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES:

Entries will be accepted until 12 Midnight on Saturday 27th April 2019.                                                     

NO LATE NOR POSTAL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Eligibility

County qualification is either by birth in the County, by 9 months continuous residence* prior to competition or by 9 months service in a unit of HM forces stationed in the County. Worcestershire is defined by the pre-1974 boundaries which includes parts of South Birmingham. *Please note UKA Rule 9 and notes, which explains a) the residence conditions relating to students in term-time and b) issues relating to those who have moved out of the area but have not competed for any other County since their move.

REGISTRATION & START TIME

Registration will begin from 09:00.

Track and Field events will commence at 10:30 approx. this will depend on the final timetable once compiled after entries have closed.

Similar events will be run concurrently. In line with County rules, events with less than two entries will not be held.

County Medals will be awarded to the first three athletes Male & Female.

CLOTHING:

Competitors must wear vest and shorts (or equivalent) and be designed and worn as not to be objectionable, even when wet.

The vest must be that of their first-claim affiliated club, county, area or nation. Numbers must be worn as issued.

How to Enter

When you enter, you will be required to Register with 'FullOnSport' who manage the entry system on behalf of England Athletics.

Note: if you have used this online site to enter for a previous event, please use the login details you used before. 

Each athlete will need to use the exact name under which they have registered with UKA as there is a validation against your UKA Reference Number.

Confirmation of Entry

FullOnSport will send you an e-mail once you have paid for your entry. If you do not get the email then your entry has not been accepted or you have made a mistake in typing your e-mail address.  Contact us as above. The final timetable will be published on the Worcestershire Website.

All Numbers to be collected on the day of competition.
